This slower paced class provides time to focus on breath and its connection to the body and mind to achieve flexibility, balance and inner peace.We will explore a series of postures in repetition to find proper alignment and your fullest expression of each pose. Each class will incorporate seated, standing and balancing poses to find full range of spinal movement.
