For our 10th anniversary, we're hosting three very special nights of live music. Each night will feature artists and bands with members that are either current or former staff members at Square Cat. We've had the pleasure of some fantastic musicians on our staff over the years, and what better way to celebrate our 10th anniversary then to feature some of the talent within our own Square Cat family.

Each of the three nights have the option to purchase a single event ticket for $15 or you can purchase the 3 pack for a discounted price of $30 which will give you admission to all three nights of these celebratory nights of music.

For night three, we'll be featuring Bigfoot Yancey (SCV co-owner Mike Angel), Everything, Now! (SCV staff alum Jon Rogers), and The Breakes (SCV staff member Adam Meyers).

Bigfoot Yancey

Bigfoot Yancey is an Indianapolis-based roots band known for its energetic, stripped-down blend of Americana, folk, bluegrass, and rock. The group combines guitar, banjo, mandolin, harmonica, bass, drums, trumpet, saw, and layered vocals to create a sound grounded in Indiana storytelling and blue-collar authenticity. With hard-driving rhythms, heartfelt songwriting, and an unmistakably Hoosier spirit, Bigfoot Yancey delivers raw, lively performances that connect traditional roots music with the energy of modern rock. The band continues to bring its heartfelt, homespun sound to audiences throughout the Midwest.

Everything, Now!

Formed in Muncie in 2003 and relocated to Indianapolis in 2007, Everything, Now! has solidified into a tasteful indie rock quintet worth following, even 20+ years into their wide-ranging career. Incorporating influences from power pop and classic rock to post-punk, surf rock, and alt-country, E,N!'s latest album, "Hideout Mountain" proves that they might be at the top of their game all these years later. Their live shows still pack a punch of condensed rock n roll energy, combined with their charming stage presence and the occasional sing-along.
The Breakes
The Breakes are a three-piece blues rock band hailing from Indianapolis. Characterized by incendiary guitar playing from Adam Vorndran, soul vocals behind the kit from Adam Meyers, and the rock solid and melodic bass backbone of Sam Dunipace, The Breakes have been making albums and travelling around Indianapolis and the surrounding state for over a decade. The Breakes began as a bar band, cutting their teeth with 4 hour sets and secondhand smoke. Since those days they’ve released three albums, Free of Defects, Ignacio, and most recently Shift in 2021. The band has shared the stage with international touring acts such as KONGOS, High Fade and Arlie as well as local giants like Cairo Jag and Brother O’ Brother. The Breakes were also featured in the 2022 All-In Festival, have been a staple at festival stages around Indiana, and have recently released a live session for Music In Transit.
