For our 10th anniversary, we're hosting three very special nights of live music. Each night will feature artists and bands with members that are either current or former staff members at Square Cat. We've had the pleasure of some fantastic musicians on our staff over the years, and what better way to celebrate our 10th anniversary then to feature some of the talent within our own Square Cat family.
Each of the three nights have the option to purchase a single event ticket for $15 or you can purchase the 3 pack for a discounted price of $30 which will give you admission to all three nights of these celebratory nights of music.
For night one, we'll be featuring Stuporwaffles (SCV staff member Marcus Bowden), Lisa Frank & the Trapper Keepers (SCV staff member Steve Krider), Blake Mellencamp Ft. Robin Goodfellow (SCV staff member Blake Mellencamp & Corey Regan), and the Square Cat Stickmen (SCV staff members Jacob Kozlowski, Adam Meyers, Marcus Bowden, & Blake Jones).
Stuporwaffles
Stuporwaffles are a stoner rock band based in Indianapolis, IN. Take a tea spoon of grunge, a cup of suspicious leaves, add an appropriate psychedelic seasoning and you’ve got the recipe for Stuporwaffles.
Lisa Frank & the Trapper Keepers
Formed in 2015, Lisa Frank & the Trapper Keepers (or LFTK if you wanna keep it short) is a 90's rock cover band based in Indianapolis, IN. They bring a fun, high-energy show of alt-rock favorites to any venue, from local bars and small private events, to weddings, corporate events, and festival stages.
Blake Mellencamp Ft. Robin Goodfellow
Blake Mellencamp is an indie musician from Indianapolis, IN who makes music by and for Silly Little Guys™. Also an actor and playwright, he’s made his way from the theatrical stage to deliver off-off-off-broadway glitz and glamour to your local punk bar. Blake is that guy who says he listens to all kinds of music, but means it. He’s a postpunk crooner, the most depressed guy at the disco, and he’s written at least one song about a really handsome horse.
Blake is backed by his former band Robin Goodfellow for a reunion set and the premiere of his new solo material. You’ve heard of hard rock. This is bard rock. He’s since shed the pseudonyms and fully embraced his identity as the second-most famous Mellencamp. For now.
The Square Cat Stickmen
The Square Cat Stickmen will be performing a percussive jam session featuring four of our staff members who are also drummers: Jacob Kozlowski, Adam Meyers, Marcus Bowden, and Blake Jones.
