Comments:
Vinyl has some dust spots and a couple light scratches but plays great on a test. Sleeve is graded low because it has some old mold spots at the opening side both inside and out but just on the right side and no longer active mold, clearly from old water damage that has since dried.. Top half of banana sticker is partially torn off with some of the sleeve underneath torn too, and inside paper has ripped a little. Back side of gatefold is split a couple inches at opening end too.
